• Freeze User（冻结） → Temporarily prevents login but keeps the license.

  👉 临时阻止用户登录，但仍占用 License。

• Deactivate User（停用） → Permanently blocks login and releases the license.

  👉 永久阻止登录，并释放 License。

• Login Controls（限制IP登录） → Restrict login by IP range or login hours.

  👉 通过 IP 范围或登录时段限制用户访问。

Interview Example Answer:

“We can prevent a user from logging in by freezing or deactivating their account.

Freeze is temporary, Deactivate is permanent.

We can also use login hours or IP restrictions for extra control.”
